About the Project

The objective of this project is to define a process to capture and analyse customer feedback, design a customer feedback questionnaire for an automobile service station and implement the above to capture, analyse and address the customer feedback.

Internship Pre-Requisite

Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Ability to do internet research and interpret data
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Basic knowledge of creating questionnaire using tools like SurveyMonkey
